My Running Playlist

I recently started running again after really struggling to get back into exercise after I recovered from glandular fever. I have been using the BBC Get Inspired Couch To 5K app on my phone (a great free resource for anyone who wants to improve their fitness!). This gives me a perfect mix between pushing myself to actually get fitter and having periods of rest. This has been good motivation, but I have also created an upbeat playlist to inspire me more.
